Learned counsel for the respondents-claimants have not contested the applications for condonation of delay, seriously. Thus, for the reasons stated in the civil applications for condonation of delay, the same are allowed. Delay condoned. Applications are disposed of.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of first appeals, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and awards, subject to depositing entire amount under award, within 12 weeks from today, in this Court, failing which the stay granted vide this order shall stand vacated automatically. Civil applications for stay are disposed of.

For the reasons stated in the civil applications for transposition, the same are allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 29.7.2016.
