1] The applicant has moved this application seeking condonation of 217 days delay in filing application seeking permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.2B-3 and 3C for the reasons set out in detail in the application. 2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent no.1.

3] On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of the

6451.19CA.odt reasons assigned for condonation of delay and the appeal still at the stage of admission, I am of the view that application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A [i] to [iv].

4] Necessary substitution/amendment be carried out within one week from today.

5] Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
