Heard learned counsels for the applicants and learned APP's for the State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.169 of 2023 registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offence punishable under Section 394, 395, 397 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 25 of Indian Arms Act. 4.
It has been alleged against the applicants that they snatched a huge amount from the complainant. During
M-ba-676-2023.odt (2) investigation, a major portion of the alleged robbed money has been recovered. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicants. Material investigation against them has been completed. Considering the recovery of major portion of money and no antecedents to the discredit of the applicants, no purpose would be served keeping them behind the bar. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Both Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii) The applicants, Chaitram @ Zendu Rajendra @ Rajdhar Patil in Bail Application No.676 of 2023 and Umesh Atmaram Patil in Bail Application No.723 of 2023, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount each in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and shall not involve in similar crime.. (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.
