This application is moved by the applicants/appellants to condone the delay of 328 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No. 2 on record and to permit them to bring the names of the legal heirs of respondent No.2 on record, for which the learned advocate for the respondents has given no objection.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection of the learned advocate for the respondents, the application is allowed as prayed for. The delay is condoned.
