Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicants are seeking bail in C.R.No.0042 of 2023 registered with Osmanpura Police Station, Aurangabad city, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 427, 141, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Perused the papers. It appears that it was a dispute over the open plot. Both parties have lodged the report against each other. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. In the facts and circumstances, they deserve bail. Hence, the order:- i) Bail application is allowed.

ii) Applicants No. (1) Yunus Khan s/o. Ahmed Khan, (2) Afsar Khan s/o. Ahmed Khan (3) Akash Vilas Gaikwad and (4) Kiran s/o. Sidharth Navture, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in aforesaid crime, on the conditions that; (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) They shall not indulge in the similar crime.
