The Applicants/ original Petitioners pray for leave to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.3 on record by condoning the delay of 38 days. The reasons in support of the prayers are set out in the application. It is submitted that the delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate. The reason for delay is stated to be on account of certain procedural delay.
Mr.Barde, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.3.

Learned AGP submits that an appropriate order be passed. In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 38 days is condoned. The Applicants shall bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.3 on record in the Writ Petition within a period of TWO WEEKS from today. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
