The petitioner claims to have been appointed on compassionate ground and working since the year 2006. Learned counsel for the institution submits that petitioner is working with the institution as a Peon since 2006. The position as on the date is required to be considered by the Education Officer. In the light of that the impugned order is set aside. 2.

The Education officer shall reconsider the proposal submitted for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon on its own merits considering the situation as on the date, the petitioner claims to have been appointed. The same shall be decided within three months. 2.
