The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.151 of 2024 registered with Satara Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicant and the deceased were belonging to intercaste. It is the case of the applicant that the parents of the deceased were opposing the marriage as he belongs to another caste. He never denied for marriage. However out of depression, the deceased committed suicide in a rented room. Out of frustration, false allegations have been levelled against the applicant. No weapon has been used in the crime. The material investigation has been completed. The applicant is also a young boy of 28 years. No

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Vikas Vilas Khairnar, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the Investigation Officer till filing the charge sheet.
