Learned counsel for respondent no. 3(A) places on record communication issued by the President of the Trust on 06.07.2015 informing petitioner that the enquiry committee constituted against him for conducting enquiry has been dissolved and the charges levelled against him have also been withdrawn. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of communication placed on record, the grievance of petitioner stands substantially redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as regards entitlement of group headed by respondent no. 3 or any other group to have legal right to administer the affairs of the trust.
