Mr. Pingale the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending. However the result of the petitioners VIII th Semester of B.Pharmacy is withheld by the Respondent No. 4 / University. The learned counsel submits that, the validation proceedings are pending since 2011. 2.

The learned A. G. P. states that, it would take some time to decide the validation proceedings.

The learned counsel for the University submits that, as validity is not submitted the result is rightly withheld. 4.

We have considered the submissions canvassed by the learned counsel for respective parties. It is not in the hands of the litigant to get the proceedings decided within stipulated period.

Considering the above, we pass the following order -

ORDER

1.

The Respondent No. 4 shall not withhold result of the petitioners examination only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

2.

It has already been directed by this Court vide order dated 12 th August, 2014 in Writ Petition No. 3329 of 2014 to decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner within one (1) year. The Committee shall adhere to the said direction. 5.
