DATE : JULY 23, 2020 PER COURT :- This petition is filed challenging the order dated 18.02.2020 passed by respondent no.2, by which the petitioner has been placed on supernumerary post. 2.

The claim of the petitioner has been dismissed by the Committee. This Court has also dismissed the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner. A Special Leave Petition was filed by the petitioner

11-WPst.12266 of 2020 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The same has also been dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file review petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a Review Petition is pending before this Court. 4.

As the claim of the petitioner has already been dismissed by this Court, present Writ Petition cannot be entertained. It is for the petitioner to seek necessary relief as may be permissible under the law and if the petitioner is entitled, in the pending Review Petition.

In view of the above, present Writ Petition stands dismissed.
