Heard. These appeals challenge concurrent findings recorded by the authorities below that the demand of the appellant/department made to the respondent company was unjustifiable. Similar issue arose before this Court in Tax Appeal No.12 of 2010. This Court held in favour of the assessee and dismissed the appeal. We perused the judgment dated 13.03.2002 passed by this Court in Tax Appeal No. 12 of 2010. For the reasons mentioned in the said Appeal, present appeals stand dismissed.
