By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal representative of deceased Laxman Sukha Borde, who died on 18.03.2020. The death certificate is annexed alongwith application. The certificate of legal heirship issued by Village Panchayat dated 07.07.2020 is also placed on record. The applicants are legal heirs of deceased. Delay caused in filing this application is duly explained. Further death of the deceased has occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic period. 2.

In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone the delay and allow the application. Hence, the following order:-

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D'.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.
