This Court while admitting the appeal, has granted stay to the execution of the judgment and decree impugned on 2nd February 2005, of which vacation is sought by the present application. Application remained pending for about more than 11 years. In view thereof, the application for vacation of the same stands rejected.

Liberty is granted to the applicants to move afresh, if any occasion arises.

The appellants/present respondents No.1 to 4 to file paper book in the matter within a period of six months, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
