First Appeal No.690 of 2002 is dismissed by this Court by order dated 13.6.2016. Learned counsel for respondents-original claimants submits that, during the pendency of this appeal, the State has deposited certain amount as directed by this Court. However, inadvertently, it was not brought to the notice of this Court at the time of hearing of the appeal. The Respondents-original claimants may file an application in this regard.

The learned counsel for respondents-original claimants submits that, respondent no.1-original claimant is a poor lady and she is not financially sound to come to Aurangabad to verify the contents of the affidavit.

In view of this, affidavit stands dispensed with. Office to accept the application submitted by the learned counsel for respondents-original claimants.
