This Court under order dated 20.02.2018 had directed the petitioner to appear before the Government Medical College, Aurangabad on 08.03.2018.

In the application, it is stated that he was waiting for the call from Government Medical College, Aurangabad but did not receive any call. When this court had specifically directed the petitioner to appear before the Government Medical College, Aurangabad on 08.03.2018, it was incumbent upon the petitioner to appear. There was no

22-ca-5732-2018 (2) question of receiving any call from the Government Medical College, Aurangabad. It is laxity on the part of the petitioner in not approaching the Government Medical College, Aurangabad.

By way of indulgence, we extend the date given under order dated 20.02.2018 for the petitioner to appear before the Government Medical College, Aurangabad to 25.06.2018. The petitioner shall appear before the said Medical College on 25.06.2018.

Rest of the order dated 20.02.2018 stands.

No further opportunity would be granted to the petitioner.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
