The applicants being the legal heirs of original claimant - Diwakar Nagappa Patil, have fled this application for withdrawal of compensation amount, which has been deposited by the acquiring body. The present applicants cannot be brought on record in main appeal since it is disposed of on 08/12/2018. However, the learned counsel for the applicants produced on record the mutation entry No.3080 from which it can be ascertained that the present applicants are legal heirs of deceased Diwakar Nagappap Patil. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date. Application is disposed of accordingly.
