This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 25.03.2019.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the mentioning of Tulshiram in paragraph No.6 at line No.2 is inadvertent as the said Tulshiram was not at issue before the Court dealing with the final decree, which was in connection with Digambar and Janabai. The learned Advocate for the contesting Respondent No.1 submits that the contention of the Petitioners is correct. In view of the above, this motion is allowed. The name of Tulshiram appearing in line No.2 of paragraph No.6 of the order dated 25.03.2019, shall stand deleted. Correction be, accordingly, carried out and the corrected order be uploaded.
