The petitioner has moved this court seeking mandamus to respondents to decide the application made for rental compensation as annexed to the petition at page no.102 at Exhibit 'C', dated 30.01.2012.

In view of aforesaid, the petition can be disposed of by direction to respondents no.2 & 3 or any other authorized Officer of respondent no. 2 to decide the application tendered by the petitioner referred to above, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.

As such, respondents no. 2 & 3 or any other authorized Officer of respondent no.2 to take decision on the application of the petitioner, preferably within a period of six months from today.
