[2] The petitioner prays to direct Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide its applications and permit the petitioner society to fill-up the vacant posts of teacher [3] Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to decide the grievance of the petitioner as per prayer clause (b) which reads thus :- "(B) By issuing the writ of mandamus, or any other writ, order or directions, the respondent no.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to decide the Applications dtd. 04/098/2014,

wp 5013.15..sxw 22/09/2014, 31/10/2014, 08/12/2014 submitted by the petitioner within stipulated period of 4 weeks." [4] Petition is disposed of with directions to the Respondents to decide Applications dated 04/098/2014, 22/09/2014, 31/10/2014, 08/12/2014 submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, if not already decided however, within 10 weeks from receipt of copy of the order passed by this court.

[5] In case, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 wish to hear the petitioner, they can call the petitioner for hearing.
