Present review application seeks review of the order dated 04th April, 2018. Under order dated 04th April, 2018, we had passed an order that the degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner, unless the petitioner produces validity certificate. So also the petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation till the petitioner gets the validity certificate.

We are not inclined to review the order to the effect that, the petitioner shall not get the benefit of reservation till the

2 ra 82.18 petitioner gets the validity certificate that would result in anomalous situation.

It is submitted that, the petitioner has already appeared for CET examination and his result is already declared and document verification is scheduled on 12th May, 2018. 4.

The petitioner may appear for the process of document verification. The authority may verify the documents, however, we make it clear that the case of the petitioner for admission from S.T. category shall not be considered unless and until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. In view of the above the review application is disposed of.
