The learned A.G.P. makes a statement that respondent No.4 is disqualified by the Collector. The learned counsel for the respondent No.4 makes a statement that the charge is also handed over by the respondent no.4.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P. that the Collector had disqualified the respondent No.4 and further statement made by Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned Advocate that respondent No.4 has also handed over the charge, the grievance of the petitioner now does not survive.
