CORAM : S. V. GANGAPURWALA & SHRIKANT D. KULKARNI, JJ.

DATED : 30th JULY, 2020 PER COURT:- .

The petitioner challenges the order imposing the penalty so also the order of seizure of vehicle.

2.

Learned A.G.P. states that the petitioner has an alternate remedy against imposition of penalty.

3.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that illegalities are committed, considering the fact that the petitioner has effective alternate remedy of appeal, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Keeping all points open with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
