The learned counsel submits that tribe certificate

914WP4292-18+918W4298-18+921wp4305-18 (2) issued to the petitioners of Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe is with incorrect spelling. The petitioner has applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate. However, the corrected certificate is not issued as yet.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents. 3.

The petitioners shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer on receipt of the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling after verifying genuineness of it, shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioners within four weeks.

The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
