The learned counsel submits that the land of the petitioner is affected in the construction of road, however acquisition proceedings are not initiated. The petitioner has made a representation. 3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. and the learned counsel for respondent no.3 In case the representation of the petitioner (Exhibit C) is pending with the respondent no.3 then the respondent no.3 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
