Narnaware that all these petitioners desire to withdraw their petitions, in view of the Government Resolution dated 14th December, 2022. They pray for an identical order, which was passed in those matters that were withdrawn by several petitioners, dated 16th December, 2022. The learned AGP has no objection for allowing these civil applications and for the withdrawal of the writ petitions. 3.

In view of the above, these civil applications are allowed. The concerned writ petitions are restored to the file of this Court. 4.

In the light of the statements recorded as above and in the order dated 16th December, 2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1485 of 2020 (Bharatee Balaji Rapatwar Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) and several connected matters, these writ petitions are disposed off, as withdrawn in the light of the Government Resolution dated 14th December, 2022.
