We have heard Mr. Muley, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondents no. 1 to 3.

We do not find any notice U/Sec. 127 and Section 49 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 issued by the petitioner. The de-reservation of the land can only be in accordance with the provisions stipulated under the Act.

3.

The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in that regard.

4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
