The applicants, who are the original claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 364 days in fling this appeal against the rejection of their claim. They have attributed the said delay period to the miscommunication between themselves and their advocate. 2.

The learned standing counsel for respondent strongly opposed the application on the ground that no reasonable cause for the delay is shown.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 364 days stands condoned and the application is allowed accordingly and disposed of.

Appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
