Mr. Choudhari, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, the representation is given to the Respondent No.2 seeking permission to sell the sugar stock for payment of F.R.P. to the sugarcane growers.

Mr. Dhongade, the learned counsel appears for the Respondent No.2 and submits that, the Respondent No.2 if he is competent then would decide the representation of the Petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from today on its own merits.
