The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause C and D as under :- "C.

To direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to pay compensation as per the law and rules framed thereunder and for that purpose issue necessary writ and order.

To direct the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to decide the application submitted by the petitioner dt. 27.06.2023 within the period of one month and for that purpose issue necessary writ and order."

We have considered the submissions of the learned

*2* 917wp4789o24 Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP. The Petitioner submits that the representation, which is at page No.19, dated 27.06.2023, addressed to the District Collector, can be considered within a time frame.

The issue is as regards compensation to be granted on account of the transformer, electricity poles, high tension and regular wires that have been erected in the agricultural field. 4.

The learned AGP submits that a reasonable time may be granted.

In view of the above, since an innocuous prayer is put forth, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let respondent No.6 or the competent Authority, consider the grievance of the Petitioner as voiced in the communication dated 27.06.2023, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 90 (ninety) days from today.
