After hearing the parties at length the learned advocate Mr. Bora, makes a statement, on instructions, that though he has filed injunction application praying for attachment of the property mentioned in para No. 2 of the plaint in Special Civil Suit No. 88/2021, he is restricting his prayer to the extent of property sold by present defendant No.1- Bhaurao Gopal @ Tulshiram Somwanshi and he will not press relief

(2) 15ca4818.25 against properties of this petitioner.

This court thus, finds that the petition itself can be disposed off in view of statement recorded above. 3.

The writ petition, therefore, stands disposed off. 4.

Since the writ petition itself is disposed off, nothing remains in the civil application and the same disposed off. 5.

No order as to costs.
