It is submitted that the matter is settled between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

It is made clear that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are not parties to the said compromise. we are also not reading and recording the said compromise in the Court. The compromise pursis is only taken on record.

Mr. Kedar, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 would forward the salary bills of the petitioner for the period 01.04.2012 to 07.09.2012 to the respondent No. 2 - Education Officer (Secondary).

The said statement is accepted.

In case the salary bills in respect of the petitioner is forwarded to the Education Officer (Secondary) for the period 01.04.2012 to 07.09.2012, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon the salary bills on its own merits and in accordance with law.
