Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. It appears that, the acquiring body in all these matters has deposited only 50% of the total compensation amounts as directed by this Court.

This Court vide order dated 28.04.2023 in other connected matters has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire deposited amounts of compensation, which were 50% or 60% of the total compensation amounts. 4.
In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their respective deposited compensation amounts which are 50% of the total compensation amounts alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date on furnishing usual 2/4
undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6703 OF 2021 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6715 OF 2021 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6709 OF 2021 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6717 OF 2021 6.
Leave to remove all the office objections forthwith is granted.

The appellant - acquiring body in all these applications is seeking condonation of delay of 259 days, which appears to be cause due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay of 259 days stands condoned.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
