A challenge raised in this petition is to an order dated 8th April 2025 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Dhule under Section 48 Sub-Section (7) and (8) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. There is remedy provided under the MLRC against an order passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer before the appropriate Court to exhaust the alternative remedy.

In view of the same, this court is not entertaining this writ petition. Writ petition is therefore stands disposed off.
