Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Present application is filed for withdrawal of amount by the applicants-original claimants. 2.

According to learned counsel, the respondent-Insurance Company has deposited Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) towards statutory deposit at the time of filing the appeal and the same is lying in this Court. He has no objection to pay the said amount to the applicants-original claimants.

In view of the above, application stands allowed. The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the respondent -Insurance Company, in this appeal, as statutory deposit, while filing the appeal to the applicants as per rule be paid to the applicants on their proper identification.
