It is the contention of the applicant that the respondent No. 1 Laxmibai Wamanrao Kulkarni, died on 7th February, 2015 leaving behind her legal heirs as stated in para 2 of this application. The death certificate and the affidavit is filed in support of the contention of the applicant. It is seen from the copy of death certificate Exh. A placed on record that Laxmibai Wamanrao Kulkarni, died on 7th February 2015. The present application is filed on 27th April 2015. Thus, it appears that the application filed for bringing cast.6571.15

the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 is within limitation. There is no contest. Therefore, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

The civil application No. 6571/2015 is hereby allowed. The applicants are permitted to bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 Laxmibai Wamanrao Kulkarni. The necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days from the date of this order. C.A. stand disposed of accordingly.
