The application is filed for bringing the applicants on record as legal representatives of sole appellant - Vasantrao Narsing Patil, who died on 26/05/2024 by condoning the delay of 238 days and also for condoning delay of 178 days in setting aside the abatement of second appeal.

Though the application is strongly opposed, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms prayer clause-B

2 931 ca 10129-24 subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Advocate's Bar Libaray, High Court, Aurangabad.

Amendment be carried out within stipulated period after deposit of cost.
