Mr. Mali, the learned counsel submits the order of this court is complied on 28.03.2018. Approval is given to the petitioner from 05.07.2012 for a period of three (03) years as a primary graduate and from 05.07.2015 continued in service and permanency is given.

In view of that, though belatedly, the order of this Court stands complied. Contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed. No costs.
