FINAL ORDER :- .

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the Institution submits that 8 to 10 days back the Institution has submitted the salary bills for payment of salary to the petitioner w.e.f. 9th May 2016. 2.

In case, such salary bills are pending with the Joint Director of Higher Education, then the Joint Director of Higher Education shall take decision upon it within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.

(2) WP No.5318/2017 3.

The interest of the State, it seems that, is safeguarded by the order of the learned Single Judge dated 20.06.2018 in the Writ Petition filed by the State.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
