We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader. Learned Additional Government Pleader concedes that case of the present petitions is covered by the judgment and order of this Court dated 29.1.2015 delivered in writ petition No. 8779 of 2014 and other connected writ petitions.

In the light of that and for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 29.1.2015 in writ petition No. 8779 of 2014 and other connected matters, we pass the same order.

Clause-14 of the impugned Government Resolution shall not apply to the petitioner for the academic year 2014-15. II.

The petitioner is entitled for fees reimbursement and all other related benefits based on the earlier Government circular/policy prior to the said impugned Government Resolution (in respect of students admitted through Centralized Admission Process and belonging to specified reserved category).

It is made clear that we have not considered the arguments canvassed by the learned counsel for the respective parties about the powers of the State to frame the policy or otherwise.
