15-WP-4355-2018 & 20, 26 (2) Golegaonkar submits that the petitioners are going to appear for NEET UG Examination 2018 in May 2018 and the petitioners are exploring possibility of taking admission to professional course. Petitioners seek direction to decide the validation proceedings within a month.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

The petitioners approached the Court at eleventh hour. Considering the exigency, the Committee may try to decide the proceedings by 15th June, 2018.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 7th May, 2018.
