The appellant is aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 10.02.2021 delivered by the learned Family Court, Beed by which Petition No.A-01/2020 filed by the respondent/husband seeking dissolution of marriage, has been allowed u/s 13(1)(i)(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that it appears from internal page No.21 of the impugned judgment khs/April 2022/26

- 2 - that the respondent has performed a second marriage without the first marriage being dissolved.
