This Petition takes exception to the order dated 01.04.2024 passed by the Family Court, Dhule on application Exh. 49 filed by the Petitioner i.e., Original Respondent before Family Court in Petition C No. 27/2018 (Old Special Civil Suit No. 77/2017). 2.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that application has not been decided by the Family Court and it is simply filed.

Heard learned Counsels for both sides.

Since the application is filed by the Umesh

Since the same is not done and application is simply filed, the said order is set aside. Family Court is directed to decide the said application in accordance with law.
