This is an application which ex facie is premature one. The petitioner is seeking decision on his application for parole leave on medical grounds at the earliest. The application itself was filed on 03.04.2024 and there is statutory time limit of 45 days, within which such applications are supposed to be decided. The petition has been preferred even before expiry of that statutory period.

The Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
