Heard learned Advocates for the parties. These applications are for condonation of delay of 3228 days caused in filing the appeals for enhancement of compensation amount, for the lands acquired. Since the applications are filed by the claimants, whose lands are acquired, this Court is inclined to allow the applications for the reasons stated in the applications. 02.
