Writ petition can be disposed of in terms of order dated 21st September, 2016, passed in writ petitions bearing no. 10358 and 10363 of 2015, as relevant facts are similar. 3.

As such, while the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the financial assistance under a scheme, the

3158.14WP affidavit filed by respondent no. 1 is to the effect that the scheme pursuant to which the financial assistance is claimed by the petitioner itself is closed.

As the scheme is closed, the grievance of the petitioner loses out on having any practical significance, and the petition as well loses out on efficacy.
