Therefore, the applicant was not aware of the disposal of this reference. She submitted that the Reference Court has also made a mention of this fact in its award. Learned counsel Shri Shaikh h/f. Biradar for the respondent objects the condonation of delay. 2.

The applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Learned Reference Court has also observed in its award that this file could not be disposed of for some unavoidable reasons. In view of this, delay
