Heard the learned advocates for the respective sides.

The civil application is filed in time, seeking restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on 01.04.2022 for non-removal of office objections. 3.

This civil application is allowed and since it is within limitation, no costs are imposed, on the following condition :-

7238.22CA a) All office objections shall be removed by 7th June, 2022, due to the urgency expressed by the petitioner. b) After the objections are removed, the writ petition shall stand restored to its original position at which it was dismissed.

c) List the writ petition on 10th June, 2022 in urgent category.
