The Applicant/ Petitioner desires to correct the name of Respondent No.6 and further prays for issuance of a fresh notice to Respondent No.3 on the new address mentioned in the cause title of the Civil Application.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent has no objection. Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. Description of Respondent No.6 be corrected within one week. After the above correction, issue notice to Respondent Nos.3 and 6 returnable on 14.08.2018.
