Mr. Vaidya, learned counsel for appellant, on the last occasion filed pursis in which it is stated that the parties to the appeal have amicably resolved the dispute and therefore, the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal unconditionally. 2.
Mr. Ghayal, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 in the appeal (original defendant no. 2) states that there is no resolution of dispute between appellant and respondent no. 2. He submits that this may be noted as otherwise, there is no question of respondent no. 2 objecting to the unconditional withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly, this is noted.

Since the leave is applied for to withdraw the appeal unconditionally, there is no reason to deny the same. Leave is
